BECAUSE I SAID SO: #75 Try Coffee (10/10)
This was an interesting task. I am not a morning person, I never have been and doubt I ever will be. I'm always so sluggish and half asleep for such a good chunk of time in the morning I thought if I could teach myself to like coffee (and join the cool kids in the adult world) maybe mornings wouldn't be so rough. Well this turned out easier said then done as I don't like the taste of coffee. I asked some coffee drinking friends for suggest for such a newbie like me this is what I ended up trying:
Starbucks (5)
Skinny Vanilla Latte (2)
Vanilla Latte (1)
White Mocha something (2)
Dunkin Donuts (5)
Iced Coffee (1) {This was really gross to me and I can't believe this is what D loves so much}
Dunk a Chino (4)
The Dunkin Donuts dunk a chino was by far my favorite which is so confusing to me. Its a mix of hot chocolate and coffee, two things I don't like. I'm not sure that the caffeine really does anything for me so drinking some in the morning to help, will probably be a long shot. Not to mention there is no Dunkin Donuts close to us or on my way to work. My bank account will probably thank me for not picking up another expensive addiction ;)

Tired means I'm uncreative...
Not that my posts are all that creative when I'm not tired. Anyway...
1. I go through 6 town to get from my house to work and it only takes me about 25 minutes. I go through Charlotte, Hinesburg, St. George, Shelburne, Williston and South Burlington.
2. I love that I'm going to DC Sunday through Tuesday gor work. I'm looking forward to the down time to shop and explore the city again!
3. I'm thankful for all my friends, family and my husband for making my birthday weekend so special. I'm very lucky.

Humpty hump
Ahh, its officially middle of the week!
1. We've been woken up twice in the last week (1:45 and 12:15)because of the coyotes howling. I recorded it the other. iChat on my phone; it's kinda intense!
2. I'm loving the 90's and 80's workout stations on pandora.
3. I'm thankful for being able to have dinner with mu MIL and FIL and families last week.

Not sure about last week
As I'm getting ready to post this week's post, I'm wondering if I named last weeks post? I know I could look back through my published posts, but I'm to lazy right now! haha.
1. Next Monday I'm going to start joining my SIL's in Move It Monday posts! You post what your workouts were for the last week. I'm hoping this will keep me a little more accountable.
2. I love that its already Wednesday - which means were on the downhill to the weekend :)
3. I'm thankful for all my husband as been doing around the house lately. I've been slacking and he's been stepping up (more then he normally does) and I'm very appreciative. Love you dude!

Motivation Monday
Inner Thigh Lift Targets: Inner Thighs and Glutes Minutes 2:30-4:00 Lie on the floor on your right side, head resting on right hand and legs extended 45 degrees in front of you. Place your left foot on the floor in front of your right thigh and grasp left ankle. Raise right leg to hip height, inner thigh reaching toward the ceiling and foot flexed. Do 8 lifts, then circle leg 3 times.
