Nails

WOE IS ME #63 - Don’t bite / pick nails for a week.

This is always easier when I have a manicure. So even though I had some “help” accomplishing this goal, I still did it! Once I became more consistent with my vitamins (women’s multi-vitamin and a calcium supplement), I’ve notice that my nails have gotten stronger. They don’t crack or flake as much as they used to, which also helps keep me from picking and biting them.
