ROCKSTAR MENTALITY #10 - Establish and follow through on a nighttime routine for a month.
Finally! My second attempt at doing this and I completed it. This time around my routine was to take my vitamins, wash my face, floss and brush my teeth. It wasn’t hard to follow and will be easy when I’m not at home (which is where I usually get lazy and don’t follow much of my normal routines. I figured this was easy and quick enough to do no matter where I was. (I’ll be at my parents this weekend so we’ll see how I do!)
